01Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Sipjoy. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

02Your Account

• Provide accurate registration information and keep it current.
• Protect your login credentials and tell us about suspected unauthorised access.
• Do not share accounts or create accounts to avoid restrictions.

03Content You Submit

You retain ownership of café listings, photos, reviews, check-ins, and vibe tags you submit. You grant Sipjoy a non-exclusive licence to display and distribute that content within the service and related promotion.

04Community Rules

• Do not submit fake, misleading, duplicate, or automated café listings.
• Do not post harmful, harassing, unlawful, or infringing content.
• Disclose commercial affiliations and do not manipulate ratings or tags.
• Do not impersonate users, cafés, or Sipjoy staff.

06Intellectual Property

Sipjoy branding, product design, interfaces, and original content are protected by intellectual-property laws and may not be copied or distributed without permission.

07Third-Party Services

Sipjoy integrates with mapping, payment, and app-store providers governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party availability or practices.

08Disclaimers

The service is provided as available. Community-generated café information may not always be complete or current, so use your own judgement before visiting.

09Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sipjoy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

10Termination

You may stop using Sipjoy and delete your account at any time. We may suspend access when activity violates these terms or harms users, cafés, or the service.

11Governing Law

These terms are governed by Malaysian law. Disputes are subject to the courts of Malaysia, and unenforceable provisions do not affect the remaining terms.
