• Usage and device information used to maintain and improve the service.

We use your information only for clear service and safety purposes.

• Provide, personalise, and maintain the Sipjoy service.
• Show nearby cafés and support community check-ins.
• Process orders, passes, rewards, and account activity.
• Prevent fraud, enforce community rules, and improve product performance.

03How We Share Your Information

We do not sell personal information or share it with advertisers or data brokers for their own marketing.

• Service providers that process data on our behalf under appropriate agreements.
• Other users when you intentionally publish community content.
• Authorities when disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect safety.
• A successor organisation if Sipjoy is involved in a merger or acquisition.

04Data Retention

We retain personal data while your account is active or as needed to provide the service. Following account deletion, data is deleted or anonymised within a reasonable period unless longer retention is required by law.

Public café submissions may remain in anonymised form to preserve the integrity of the community map.

We use encrypted transmission, access controls, and regular security reviews. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so please use a strong password and contact us if you suspect unauthorised access.
